Ordered this apple a few weeks before Xmas, along with a nice cap for my daughter (Betmar Boy meets girl Newsy). In spite of the Xmas rush, phone order was handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Shipping was prompt and surprising, considering the holiday season.
