| This is a good hat. Soft corduroy, not stiff at all, comfortable to wear, and I love the brown color. The brim is held in place with a single snap in the front center. The only thing I was disappointed with was sharp angle from the top of the hat to the back. It is not nicely curved in the back like many other ivy caps I've seen/owned. This one has a bit sharper edge. Perhaps I'm just not used to it so I think it looks a little odd compared to my other caps. It doesn't look BAD, but I thought it was worth pointing out in the reviews. Aside from that, it's a very well-made hat. I own a few different Jaxon hats and love the quality for the price you pay. | ||||

| I used to own a cheap corduroy ivy cap when I was a kid and it looked okay on me, so I wanted another and ordered this black ivy cord seen here. I was expecting a very stiff and unflexible cap like they used to make back in the 1970's, but what I recieved was a FANTASTIC super soft corduroy that is flexible, light weight, but yet perfect for all seasons! Amazing! Makes me look like a million bucks, too! You cannot beat this cap for the price. I'll be back for more hats and caps soon! Thanks a million VillageHatShop! | ||||

| My wife talked me into wearing driver/ivy caps and once I got past what I believed would be a silly looking hat on me, I embraced these hats. I had trouble finding a good selection of these hats until I found the village hat shop. I purchased 3 of the Jaxon Brand hats including this corduroy in the olive color. The hat fits exactly as the sizing charts say it should. I have received numerous comments about how nice these hats look. My first hat in this style cost $40+ and now that I've found the Jaxon hats I'm paying under $20/hat and closer to $15 for most. I will continue to revisit this web site time and again for what I believe is the best selection and best prices around. Thanx Village Hat shop, I'm a true fan. | ||||

I bought this hat a few months ago, since I was not very familiar with Ivy caps whatsoever. It fit the price and when I put it on, I fell in love with this style! Great for people who are just getting into Ivy caps and even for people who are looking for a lightweight cap to wear around the town. Corduroy is the one material you can't go wrong with, all year round also. Thanks VillageHatShop! |

My first purchase from Village Hat Shop was a real pleasure. I ordered a medium but it turned out to be a bit small, so I returned it and ordered a large. The entire experience of shopping at VHS was a customer's delight - I got the second hat and a refund for the too-small hat in a very short time. I will recommend VHS to all my friends!!! |
