| I really like this hat. It's warm, stylish, and comfortable. I also admired the service. Village initially sent me the wrong size by mistake. When informed, they immediately corrected the error and cheerfully refunded me the return postage. Afterward, they kept in contact to make sure that everything was copacetic. | The style and fit of my 2 hats is just what I wanted. The service was as good as I've ever received buying online. The only problem I had was after opening the package the hats looked like someone had stepped on them in the delivery truck. This will not deter me from ordering again from your company. | ||||
