| I absolutely love it!! Adorable little hat of the best quality wool and beautifully made. The original hat I ordered was too big, but your staff (Tina especially) was right on top of helping me with instructions to exchange it for the right size which I received in super fast time. The customer service is superior and the product, as well, is superior. I highly recommend The Village Hat Shop. | ||||
