While I wasn't expecting anything too amazing, I must say I was disappointed with my helmet when it arrived. The helmet seemed to be skewed - the horns don't quite line up, and the helmet itself was misshaped. For the total cost of the product the materials that it is made of seem cheap, like they were pulled together out of a scrap heap of left overs. |

| actually a birthday gift for my half norweigian boyfriend... i couldnt find one worth buying with better than plastic quality. i saw the link to the villagehatshop and found this hat and several others to choose from. the quality and material are exactly what i was looking for, though it took a while to find this particular website, it was well worth the wait. he's crazy about the hat, it was meant as a joke from the heart and its turned out to be much more. i placed my order by phone and recieved the hat 3 business days later. faster than things i'd ordered days and weeks before. i am more than satisfied with the helmet and the proffessionalism that came with my transaction. be using you guys again whenever i need headwear! thanks a bunch | ||||

| I initiated my Nordic chappeau by wearing it to work at a livestock auction. My boss' 9 year old son asked why I was wearing it. I told him because I was a Viking. He said no you are not. I asked him if he was a cowboy and he said no. Then I said, but you wear a cowboy hat. Before he walked away in disgust I had to give him the G rated story of the Vikings. This is a GREAT helmet!!! Warning do not attempt to wear while driving... severely restricts ones ability to turn head while in a coupe. | ||||
