This is a very nice hat for the price, as are most Jaxon hats. It looks good and feels like it will hold its shape. However, it is stiffer than my Jaxon derby, and my head is less round than the hat, so it hurts when I put it on if I don't squish the sides a bit. If your head is between hat sizes and you usually get away with ordering the smaller size, I suggest ordering the larger size for this hat. The feather looks a bit foppish, as they usually do, but it is easily removed, and the hat looks quite distinguished without it. |

I have been looking at this hat online for a little less than a year and have been wanting to get it ever since. I didn't have a job at the time so I put this on my own little wish list. My friend invited me to go around the Los Angeles Area using public transportation and since I have a job now and have been wanting to go to Long Beach where one of the Village Hat shops was stationed, I went. When I asked the young miss that worked at the store about this hat, she helped me immensely with measuring my head and helping me fit one atop of my head (Reason I went to buy this in person was because I wanted to have someone measure for me so I'm very sure of what size to get). I am now a proud owner of this hat (2 days so far!) and can't wait to wear it when I go out with friends and such. So far, I've been wearing it around my apartment where ever I go and I can't help but smile at how comfortable it is and how much I love top hats. If you're looking to get a fancy top hat with good quality material, give this Victorian Top Hat a shot. It makes me feel like I am more efficient at being a gentleman and is very comfortable after making sure it fits well. Thanks again! |

I purchased this top after using a derby for many years as a street illusionist..folks just smile when they see the hat. I no longer have to tell them what I do..they just know! Folks beg me to let them take a picture with them...If you want to feel special and aren't afraid of getting some comments and attention, this hat is for you! |

| this top hat is awesome. It will be way better than you exspect it to be. It is made of quality materials and is very nice. I ordered the grey, but it is a very dark grey it could pass as a light black. These toppers run a bit big so I highly suggest you get some hat sizers sold right here at the village hat shop. I added two hat sizers one to the front and one to the back and it fits perfectly. It is very comfortable and good looking. The feather colors are green, red, black, and yellow. they add a nice touch to the hat. overall this hat is awesome and you should buy one or two or 40 | ||||

I purchased this as a gift for by brother and am astounded; this hat is of the highest quality. I'm tempted to purchase a similar one for myself, even though I'm not much for hats. I hope it fits him well, though if exchanges are as easy as the slip that came with it makes out, it shouldn't be a problem. I must say I am quite satisfied. |

| Love this hat!! Perfect for the shock factor I was going for. I ordered the wrong size at first, but got it exchanged with plenty of time before my special event. I'm very happy with TVH so far, will certainly come here first for all my fine hat needs. | ||||
