I was told by my dermatologist to wear a big brimmed hat in this burning SW Fla. sun. I hated the idea until I bought this hat at a tackle shop. Now I wear it in the pool, doing yard work, fishing, shooting and just about anything outdoors. Just yesterday, putting up hurricane shutters. I LOVE this hat. I didn't even need to wear sunglasses and it kept my head cool and my face, ears, nose and lips from burning even though I was outside all day. It's comfortable and the mesh helps keep your head cool. Great hat! |
