| I have a small collection of wide-brimmed hats to choose from and the Tilley T3 has become my favorite. It simply fits better than my other hats and the brim size is just wide enough to provide decent sun protection without getting in the way too much. | ||||

| Its a bit pricey, but it is a decent hat. Since I had to much exposure to the sun in my lifetime, a hat with a brim all around should help with shading. | ||||

| I have had a Tilly T-3 for 17 years now. It is my third one. I was given ones as I grew up by my grandparents. They are damn near indestructible. Mine has gone for involuntary swims in the Atlantis, Pacific, 3 Great Lakes and many rivers. It has gone survival camping in remote Canadian National parks as well as car camping on long weekends. It's versatility durability and comfort make this hat a true winner. | ||||

Everything I read about this hat is true. It's very comfortable, you hardly know it's on, and the quality is exceptional. The hat is great looking and is perfect for outdoor activities. I have bought 6 previous hats from Village Hat Shop, and as always the service and reliability is worth a 5 star rating. |

| I have owned my Tilley T3 hat for 5 years now and it has been the most amazing hat I've ever had or worn. It has been with me to 6 countries and has protected my head from the sun and falling objects. Its the type of hat that seems to thrive on being in the ocean, once its been there long enough, the brass fittings will get this patina sheen to them, it really looks great. Unlike other hats, when this hat gets wet, it actually gets more stiff, not less. It has foam in the crown of the hat so that it floats if it gets dumped from the boat, and there are the brag cards, they are great. | ||||
