| Wide Brim & Cool (5/5) | Feb 11, 2008 | S. Robberson | Fort Smith AR US | |
| Having enjoyed this hat's first cousin, the Canvas Drover, I decided to try this one. I really like the extra wide brim on a really hot day and the mesh crown just finishes this one off for a great warm weather hat. | ||||
| Awesome Hat (5/5) | Mar 10, 2008 | Matthew Lee | ||
| This hat is suited perfectly for hot weather, having a wide brim and mesh crown. I'm really looking forward to testing it in Malaysia in the summer! | ||||
| Really Nice (5/5) | Sep 11, 2008 | A. Olsen | Richfield Ut US | |
| I bought this hat because I own another hat made by Barmah. I work outside a lot (that's my career) so this hat is perfect in the summer. Keeps the sun and rain off the neck and face. The mesh crown keeps the head cool. | ||||
| Great Fishing Hat (5/5) | Dec 13, 2008 | Buddy Pitt | Gallatin Te US | |
| The best warm weather outdoor hat I’ve ever owned. The wide brim shields the sun from eyes, face, neck, and ears. The mesh crown keeps head cool on the hottest days including the brown style hat I prefer. Rain rolls off and you can smash the crown flat for storage and it pops right back for use. It is a great fishing hat, but sinks quickly. So fellow anglers beware or you’ll need a replacement like me. | ||||
| Great Hat (5/5) | Sep 6, 2009 | George Slaughter | Tylertown Mi US | |
| I got it to wear while playing golf and it has served its purpose well. Wouldn't change a thing. | ||||
| Great Hat (5/5) | Sep 13, 2009 | Bud | Burlington KY US | |
| The hat keeps the sun off my head and face but still keeps my head cool with the mesh. This is the second one I have owned and would by a third. | ||||
| At Last, a hat that FITS!! (5/5) | Nov 11, 2009 | Steve | No | |

I have been cursed with a 7-3/4 hat size so all the so-called XL bucket hats for golfing sort of perch on my head like Jughead's beenie; same thing with wide brim hats, they perch and then blow off at the slightest breeze, usually as I begin a downswing to the ball. Most of my hats have spike marks in them. This 2X one fits, it keeps the top of my head cool and provides excellent all around shade. You can say I am a happy camper! |

| Nice Hats (5/5) | Feb 19, 2010 | Richard Rastovski | LaPorte IN US | |
| These hats have a nice contour, wide brim, light weight, yet firm enough. The mesh upper keeps your head cool and I have received several compliments from passer-byes. The "BC" hat has a smalled brim, a bit heavier and is a bit more plush. I'm satisfied with either. - Richard, LaPorte, IN | ||||
| Good choice for large heads (5/5) | May 19, 2010 | Rick Westerman | ||
| It barely fits my 7 3/4 head but it does fit. We will see how well it stands up during the abuse of the summer and years beyond. So far, though, the hat has been worth the price. | ||||
| Barmah Quality (5/5) | May 9, 2012 | Rick McMahan | Hartselle Al US | |
| I've owned a Barmah hat for years. This is the first canvas I've purchased and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Great quality, perfect fit, and excellent look. Village Hat Shop service was outstanding as well. | ||||
