| This is a wonderful hat. I work at a garden center and so I do spend a great deal of time in the sun. The side vents, sweat band and visor that absorbs reflected light are great features. It is cool and comfortable with an adjustable tab that allows a perfect fit. It gets lots of complements as well. And when Sunday afternoon does come, it is great to wear when sailing on the bay. | ||||

| I bought this hat for a hiking trip to the canyonlands of Utah -- full sun, desert hiking. I was a little afraid the nylon material would be hot but it kept my head cool for hours on end. The wide brim protected my face from burning and the neck flap protected my neck. The chin strap held the hat on firmly when the wind blew, which was often. Of course I got the white one, to reflect maximum sunlight. It was the perfect hat for such a vacation and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who needs a combination of a cool, ventilated hat with full face and neck protection. The underside of the brim is a dark blue, which prevents bright reflections from the sun. It is worth every penny; a real workhorse of a hat. | ||||

| I bought this hat for my cousin . She always rides the bus. We're in San Antonio, Tx. It's been very hot and sunny. She gets alot for women asking her where she got it. On a windy day it's not able to fly away. She loves it. | ||||

| I'm a hiker and distance walker who needs more sun protection than what's offered by a ball cap. Unlike a ball cap, this one protects your ears from the sun and, if you want, your neck. (There's a back flap that can hang down or roll up out of sight.) But like a ball cap, it accommodates a pony tail. What's more, it's more understated than other killer sun protection hats I've seen. I did a lot of research before settling on this hat, and I'm glad I did. To me, it's the best step up from a ball cap. | ||||

I walk everyday here on Maui.. This is the first hat that feels great, but does not bend blinding my eye sight from a gust of wind.. Just remember to take off the hats tag that's attached in the back.. Got a lot of weird looks until I realized the tag was still on.. Buy one, it's really great.. Mahalo |

| I really don't like hats, BUT, in the southwest desert the sun gets really intense, so one is required in outdoor activities. I love this one BECAUSE it is light weight, and, it covers the back of my neck. With the adjustable sizing strap in the back, I can fit it perfectly. | ||||

| I bought this hat to give my neck protection from the sun while playing tennis. I always wear a cap, but have never worn a hat with a full brim on the court. This hat just didn't fit me right and I didn't feel like I could feel comfortable playing tennis in it. It was just too much hat for me. I do have a small head so maybe that's why it felt like overkill and made my daughter swoon with laughter when she saw me trying it on. I sent it back. Customer service on the return was great, though. 5 stars for them! | ||||
