| I bought this hat for my husband, but it wasn't to his taste (he's a straw man). So I tried it out and I love it! It's cool, stays dry and keeps the sun off my face, neck and ears. I look sporty in it too! I did cut off the chin straps, but I can see where it would be useful being worn that way. | ||||

| I LOVE this hat. It's my second Sunday Afternoons hat. My first one was too big, plus it was a larger, floppier style. I wore it daily for several years while I recovered from chronic illness with sun sensitivity. This one is even better: It's trimmer, and while it covers well, it allows me plenty of side vision. The crown is darker fabric than the old one, protecting my head better from infrared rays besides the UV protection it also provides. And while I am impressed that the drawstring on the old hat is still as strong as the day I bought it, the neoprene harness on this one is even comfier, and just as easy to tuck up under on the rare day around here that is not windy. Like my old one, it will float if it ever blows off into the water. And, I love the stylish color. | ||||
