I'm very satisfied with the Hat Jack and yours is excellent quality and a real bargain - I've seen others for upwards of US$70 with no discernible difference in quality! I use mine for a bowler hat (stiffened felt) and it has made a big difference. The shipping was also very quick - once we got a few payment quibbles sorted out. |

I bought this to resize a hat that was a little too small. It works very well and I shall keep that hat on the stretcher for a while when not in use. A useful tool. |

| My hat was the correct size just not the correct shape, I have a long narrow head. The Stretcher did a perfect job of pulling in the sides and extending the front to back length. Did not need to use any steam, just let the stretcher stay in the hat for a week or so. | ||||

| I have had my Bailey's 4X and Resistol Straw for well over 18 years each. The last couple of years they began fitting so tight they gave me headaches. I bought 2 Hat Jack Hat Stretchers from VillageHatShop.com. They arrived exactly when VHS said they would and worked great. Now I look good and my head doesn't hurt anymore.
