Prized by hatters as an even finer straw than Toquilla straw from which Panama hats are made, Parabuntal uses the leaves of the palm tree woven as thinly as humanly possible. The result is an incredibly lightweight and undeniably comfortable hat that holds its shape better than the finest of Panamas – and for considerably less money than the legendary Monticristi Panama hats. 

The attention to detail and styling that Signes has taken on this hat are worthy of note. The lines of the snap brim dip in perfect juxtaposition to the high pinch crown. The genuine leather sweatband is of the highest quality – soft and smooth to the touch. The hat is finished with a classic  grosgrain hatband in a deep, rich chocolate brown.
