Italian Skimmer (Boater)

Made in Italy.

Although superseded by the Panama in this century, the Skimmer was for many decades the man's straw hat of choice.

Our Skimmer is Made in Italy from 4-ply Koberg straw.

This is a high quality hat often assiciated with barber shop quartets, jazz bands, and the like. (Also known as a Boater or Sailor).

3 1/2" crown.
2 1/4" brim.
