The Belle Beret from sur la tete was inspired by the colorful and happy wardrobe of Les Demoiselles de Rochefort (The Young Girls of Rochefort). The happy-go-lucky Delphine frolicks along the many avenues and boulevards of Paris, always wearing a coordinating hat with her frock. The all wool felt Belle Beret has been blocked, so it has a definite form. Tonal stitching in three concentric circles around the beret adds a polished look. Grosgrain ribbon sweatband.
