The traditional 6-panel baseball cap has a fused buckram skeleton that forms the rounded athletic crown. Spandex has been woven into the cotton twill baseball cap to allow for maximum stretch and comfort. Each panel has a tonal thread sewn eyelet for ventilation. The inner elasticized sweatband stretches for fit, just like the cap. The fabric color under the bill/visor is a neutral gray. Each FLEXFIT baseball cap has the 'perma-curve' bill/visor, so all the customizing work has been done and all you have to do is simply wear the cap! This cap will fit up to a size 8!

Other size 8 hats still perch a little high on the head for me. This one has a little more material or flex or something so it really fits the head right and looks like it isn't ready to fall off. The flex band is very comfortable and fits right but not tight. I will be getting more.

Best fitting cap ever!

This is the most comfortable fitting ball cap I have ever put on my big fat head. I think if your head was towards the smaller limits of size for this cap it may fit a bit loose, but for 7 7/8 to 8 it fits perfect. I give this cap 4 stars only because I do NOT like the pre shaped plastic bill on any hat. It WOULD be 5 stars if it had the old style customizable bill.

Fitted hat at a fair price

Was looking for quite awhile for a basic fitted cotton baseball cap, at a fair price. Not a fan of the cheaper, one-size-fits-all hats, with the open back and the plastic sizing snaps. Nor did I want to pay $30 for a baseball cap. This hat was a good compromise. It's a cotton/polyester blend that fits well and looks great, at a fair price. Bought two and love them. Shipping was free too.

Nice Quality, but bad on sizing

These caps seem to be good quality, but, the sizing is not good. My head measures at 23.75"" - which translates to an X-Large, or size 7-1/2 to 7-5/8. These caps supposedly fit 7-3/8 to 8 - but they are too big for me, way too loose. Such a shame I have to return them.

I bought two of these and will buy more. They are real hats! These are not those cheap 'one size fits all' with the big hole in the back for your hair to stick out caps. I didn't think they made real baseball hats anymore.

I have to wear a hat all day at work and also have a large head. I hate having to wear smaller hats and wait for them to stretch out. From the moment I first put it on my head, this was easily one of the most comfortable hats I had ever worn. I plan on buying two or three more.
