VHS Long Bill Adjustable Baseball Cap

Needing to protect my face from sun exposure, I found this long/billed ball cap on line. It arrived in a timely fashion and became my companion at soccer games, walks and all outdoor activities. My only suggestion is that manufacturer make an even smaller size for ladies with a smaller head as adjusting back strap for tiniest head circumference is still a bit too big for me.

This is a great lid for a great price. I got exactly the kind of hat I was looking for, and it's of very good quality. Quick delivery too.

After looking many places for a long bill hat I found exactly what I needed to keep the sun out of my eyes while flying into the sun. It's a well constructed, light cap and was timely delivered. Happy pilot.

The quality of the hat is very good and it arrived on time. I was glad to see that it was manufactured in Vietnam (and not China!).
I would suggest that you add a retention strap to the hat, my last one from Bass Pro had one. I use this for fishing and the hat quickly blows off your head when you are moving in a boat due to the long bill. I added a "Dr. Slicks" retention strap to the hat and now it works fine.

The long billed baseball cap is perfect for blocking out the sun for outdoor activities like fishing and walking. The recipient loves it!

I bought this to wear under my helmet bike riding in early morning, when the sun is right in my eyes. It helps a lot. It's comfortable, but made of a heavy fabric so is bit hot for a Florida summer (even though I cut away a large portion of the top). I will really love it in the fall & winter.

I was looking for a longer-billed hat to deal with being outdoors in AZ. This works great. I'm going to add some bling to it and we'll be good to go!

I hate to wear sunscreen on my face because it gets in my eyes when I sweat. I love this long bill because it shades almost all of my face. No more sunscreen around my eyes. It did take a little getting used to because I occasionally bumped the bill into things. Bought a second one as a backup.

I wanted a ball cap with a longer than normal bill to use for golfing and fishing. The sun just gets in around the normal bills. I ordered two in different colors and an happy so far with them. I like that they are adjustable for sizing as well.

I have bought several caps from Village Hat. All are excellent, and I have found their customer service to be at least excellent.

I live where the sun is low and I need that extra bill length. So glad I found it. Only issue is Velcro closure which I am not fond of, but still a great hat.

Nice cap! I've been looking for plain, no logo, nicely made, and this is it. I need the long bill for real sun protection. I'm small, so occasionally it feels a bit heavy on my head but overall a good fit. I'd buy it again.

This hat is durable (I tested that) and well made. It keeps the sun and rain off my face when fishing or just working on my property. I may buy another one in a different color for variety.

These (I bought 3) fit & shade my large head well. Love the no logo. Not a fan of the white velcro. Haven't tried washing them yet. Good packing & shipping.

I bought 3 of these recently while over from the UK. The main use is for cycling as it both stops glare from the sun and shields my glasses from the rain. Brilliant. I wear one under my safety helmet.

Received the VHS Long Bill Cap as a Christmas gift. I wanted it for a fishing cap to keep the sun out of my eyes and face. Just like I said. High quality construction, good materials, solid brim, better than I expected. One thing....they run big. I'm a 7 7/8 hat size, and I have the velcro adjustable set to it's tightest setting. If you're an average to medium, it'll be too big. Way too big. But for me, it's a miracle because I have a hard time finding hats to fit.

This was the second time I ordered this cap. I have Roseacea and need as much "shade" on my face as possible when outdoors. When the first cap arrived, I could not adjust it small enough and had to use a safety pin. Usually, I can wear men's adjustable caps without a problem. I mistakenly ordered the same cap again. This one is not as large as the first, but I have it adjusted as small as possible and it is still not as secure as I would like. Runs big, even though it is adjustable! However face shading is good!

Was looking everywhere for an extra long bill cap. The few that I found had either logos or other markings on them. I finally found exactly what I was looking for from the Village Hat Shop. Great price, no markings, several color selections and most important an extra long bill that really does the job of keeping the sun off my face. Very comfortable fit and it keeps me cool while outdoors.

Had high hopes for this hat and was not disappointed at all. Nothing fancy about these but they are solidly made, velcro adjustable, and have a nice long 5" bill...plenty long for shade while driving our convertible or time on the water. The price is low enough that I won't worry if it blows off or if I only get one summer of hard use. This hat provides good protection from the sun and I'll probably be wearing it a lot of the time.

This is a nice hat to wear anytime and really awesome bill definitely blocks the sun. The material is soft and sits comfortably on your head. I like the rounded crown that's more snug on your head than the typical ball cap. This hat is a keeper!

Great Cap for keeping the sun off the face. I drive a convertible with the top down most of the year. Protecting the face is REALLY important. This hat does it better than the 3 previous hats. I have had a hard time seeing my video camera screen in full sunlight. I have tried a small towel with some success. Then I remembered, these long bill baseball caps. This is the answer to see the video screen perfectly. I tested it at an airshow and what a pleasure! This works better than I could have ever expected. I found I can hook my left thumb under the display screen and my index finger on the bill of the hat. I get a complete steady image on the camera. Thanks for an awesome hat!

I've seen long billed caps on pro cyclists & have wanted one myself. I'm an avid cyclist: commute, tours, fun & would like to wear under my helmet. This would better protect me from rain & sun. It's more than I expected: no large seams, no button on top, & the size adjustment is velcro, no buckle or tabs to press into my skull. I'm also visually impaired & the long bill is excellent sun glare protection. I bought 2 of these hats.

I am a pilot and saw a few years back a bush pilot with a long bill cap. Loved it but could never find one until I happened upon the VillageHatShop site. It came sooner than expected and was packed so well I didn't even think it was the cap. It is adjustable and is of superb quality. I anticipate this cap will out live me and I will then pass it on to another pilot! It's great in the cockpit and better yet has no top button (a plus!) to interfere with headphone comfort. But I'm sure many other uses would be great too. This should be marketed in many professional sites that could use extra protection from sun...maybe even offer 'logo' options. Cap was listed as more on site than it turned out to be. Either way...it is worth every penny!
