Don't let the price fool you. This is a quality hat with a classic look. I do like the quilted lining for these cold months too. It fits me much better than my other newsboy hat I own. My hat size is in-between a medium & large. I chose large with good results.

I am a large person, with head to match, most caps are not to my liking because the look like a bottle top on my head. This cap is just what I have been looking for, a head covering that flatters me.

I've got several other Jaxon hats that I love, and this one is no exception. It will take a bit of breaking in, as it sticks up in the back at first, but it's quickly becoming my Winter everyday hat. I've ordered one Jaxon Newsboy that ran a bit large for me in the past, but this one is a perfect fit.

Looks like it should cost a great deal more. The padded quilted lining helps it hold it's shape. I will be buying more Jaxon Newsboy caps from The Village Hat Shop.

Perfect fit.

This is a great hat. No qualifiers. It's well constructed, made from quality materials, good looking, warm (quilted lining!), and it comes in XXL, which is great news for those of us with outsized cabezas. When you consider all of that and then look at the price, well, this hat moves from great to unbelievable. I'm used to paying four times this for similar hats (I usually buy Kangol). I figured I couldn't go wrong for this low of a price, but I didn't know how right I would be! I will definitely be buying more Jaxon hats in the future. For what it's worth, I usually buy XL Kangols, which fit a little bit snug on me. The Jaxon XXL is roomy, and a better fit. I tried my son's Jaxon porkpie in XL, and it was too small. So if you usually buy XL in other brands, try the XXL when buying Jaxon.
