I ordered an XLg. for my husband for Christmas. He was happy with the gift but the XLg. was too big. I read the reviews and thought I needed to order a size up. That didn't work so I had to send the hat back for a smaller size. It's still a little larger than he'd like for it to be but he really likes the hat. The exchange process was easy and we received the exchange in a timely manner...less than two weeks.

I originally was looking for a furry trappers hat but they don't come in 2X apparently. So I ordered this Cossack hat in 2X. Beautiful hat, well made and great quality. Everything I've come to expect from Village Hat Shop. Somehow I missed the warning that the hat runs small. It's a little snug but not unusable. I wish you had your trapper caps in 2X size. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
