Columbia's Schooner Bank Cachalot is a staple for our outdoor enthusiasts, especially those who like to be on a Schooner. The 6-panel non-structured ball cap is made of 100% nylon Perfecta Plus" cloth, a quick drying and lightweight material. Omni-Shade" UPF30 protection fabric. Six sewn eyelets on each panel help with ventilation and the terrycloth sweatband helps to wick perspiration. The long bill/visor measures at 3 3/4" long, to protect the nose and face from the sun. The dark contrast color of the undervisor helps to deflect light away from the eyes. The moon shaped neck flap measures at 5 1/4", adequate coverage for the ears and neck. A plastic security clip under the neck flap can attach on the back of a shirt collor to prevent loss in rough weather. Adjustable drawcord and toggle centered in the back helps to ensure an easy fit.
