Bailey 1922 creates the elite finish with fine 16 micron sheep's wool, that undergoes carding and wet felting, twice. Proprietary sanding and hand finishing results in the a luxurious wool felt finish. The Lang Elite Wool Felt Gambler Hat is then treated with a 'hand-cooked' shellac for the heritage stiffened touch.
