Sport Hat

This is a great hat. Fit is spot on, great features, nice look.

The lightweight, crushable Sport Hat is great for me as a gardener. Hardly know you have it on, doesn't obstruct movement or sight and has my required ponytail slot. Shaded and cool. You can sit with it slung over your back too and the soft top will collapse.

Happy with the fit, color and SPF 50 rating.

This is the identical replacement for a hat I bought years ago and recently mislaid on a trip. It is the perfect hat for me. It is lightweight, fashionable, adjustable, washable, and it is excellent protection from the sun and wind!

I have needed a sun hat for years and have never found one that really protected my face and neck, stayed on, fit well, and kept my head cool. Although I have always been a reluctant hat wearer, this one "works" for me and has been on my head daily since it arrived. It is ideal for gardening and fishing. On the weekends I am outside flying RC sailplanes - so I am in the sun most of the day and this hat is perfect for that occasion. Light, airy, but just the right amount of brim to shade the eyes and face as well as cover the back of your neck. For shade hats - It doesn't get any better as I have tried them all....

I wear this hat for work. I am a postal carrier and need a good hat for protection against excessive sun exposure. This hat is perfect. A co-worker recommended it, so I decided to try it out.

The hat is a good fit and easily adjusted to snug up or out as needed. I like that my ears are always protected. I would have wished the neck protector could have been better secured when not in use (flipped up into the hat). I have worn it birding and because the brim is wide, it is easy to use my binocs. I would definitely recommend this fun hat.

I really don't like hats, BUT, in the southwest desert the sun gets really intense, so one is required in outdoor activities. I love this one BECAUSE it is light weight, and, it covers the back of my neck. With the adjustable sizing strap in the back, I can fit it perfectly.

I walk everyday here on Maui.. This is the first hat that feels great, but does not bend blinding my eye sight from a gust of wind.. Just remember to take off the hats tag that's attached in the back.. Got a lot of weird looks until I realized the tag was still on..Buy one, it's really great..Mahalo

It covers all the vulnerable spots, stays on, and is cool in heat. That makes hiking much more comfortable.

I'm a hiker and distance walker who needs more sun protection than what's offered by a ball cap. Unlike a ball cap, this one protects your ears from the sun and, if you want, your neck. (There's a back flap that can hang down or roll up out of sight.) But like a ball cap, it accommodates a pony tail. What's more, it's more understated than other killer sun protection hats I've seen. I did a lot of research before settling on this hat, and I'm glad I did. To me, it's the best step up from a ball cap.

I bought this hat for my cousin . She always rides the bus. We're in San Antonio, Tx. It's been very hot and sunny. She gets alot for women asking her where she got it. On a windy day it's not able to fly away. She loves it.

I bought this hat to give my neck protection from the sun while playing tennis. I always wear a cap, but have never worn a hat with a full brim on the court. This hat just didn't fit me right and I didn't feel like I could feel comfortable playing tennis in it. It was just too much hat for me. I do have a small head so maybe that's why it felt like overkill and made my daughter swoon with laughter when she saw me trying it on. I sent it back. Customer service on the return was great, though. 5 stars for them!

The hat works perfectly. The size indicates it will accomodate 7.25 hat size. It is a little too small.

I bought this hat for a hiking trip to the canyonlands of Utah -- full sun, desert hiking. I was a little afraid the nylon material would be hot but it kept my head cool for hours on end. The wide brim protected my face from burning and the neck flap protected my neck. The chin strap held the hat on firmly when the wind blew, which was often. Of course I got the white one, to reflect maximum sunlight. It was the perfect hat for such a vacation and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who needs a combination of a cool, ventilated hat with full face and neck protection. The underside of the brim is a dark blue, which prevents bright reflections from the sun. It is worth every penny; a real workhorse of a hat.

This is a wonderful hat. I work at a garden center and so I do spend a great deal of time in the sun. The side vents, sweat band and visor that absorbs reflected light are great features. It is cool and comfortable with an adjustable tab that allows a perfect fit. It gets lots of complements as well. And when Sunday afternoon does come, it is great to wear when sailing on the bay.
