Hailing from New York, the Toucan Collection is coming to us with the Camelia Wool Felt Cloche that reminds us of the roaring twenties and a time when NYC was the center of manufacturing, commerce, and culture. In a classic bell shaped design, aka 'cloche', the Camelia features a wool felt body, extra wide grosgrain ribbon hat band and faux flower accent. The interior is unlined and sports a simple ribbon sweatband.
