The Bolero, of course. Also called a Gaucho hat, this was originally a working hat worn on the plains of Patagonia. Plain or embroidered and adorned with pom poms, you will also see it worn and tossed around by the fiery dancers of Flamenco.

Lee van Cleef hat

I'd wanted Lee van Cleef's hat from For a Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, and this was it at the right price. Great looking hat that arrived quickly. Well packed in a box that protected it from damage. I wear a 7 3/8, so I ordered a Large. It's a big snug, but I imagine it will stretch some as I wear it.

Great hat, terrible shipping

Hat is great. Nice quality. Shipping was really disappointing. I opted for the free ship option and it took WEEKS for my hat to arrive with SmartPost. By far, the worst shipping plan available. Fed ex hands it off to USPS, and US Post don't care about this delivery at all. They are slow, late and don't really have tracking. Don't use this if you want a hat to arrive in a timely fashion!

I ordered my Bolero Hat on Dec 25th, Christmas Day. And I received the Hat 9 Days later. And this was from California to Maryland. So the quality of shipping was amazing! My Bolero Hat was packaged in a Great Hat Box, which kept the brim protected during shipping. The Hat was just perfect in every way. Not a dent or mark on it. And the quality was superb. I will be ordering many more Hats from this Great American Company!!

Jaxon's Bolero Hat

A very high quality hat for such a modest price. This hat is also an exact match of the hat worn by Lee Van Cleef in both The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, and A Few Dollars More. I recommend replacing the hat's thin drawstring with proper 550 paracord. XL is just large enough to fit my 7-5/8 hat size, but it will definitely fit better after some moderate stretching.

I bought this item for a western themed event at work. Looked so much better than the modern Cowboy fare, it was a hit. Only problem being I'd have preferred it in a brown or earthy color. If you ever choose to sell one in ba brown or tan, let me know and I'll be first in line!

This hat is nice , Stiff wide brim and appears sturdy . Although don’t like the under chin string it’s cheap and non functional the bead to secure the hat under chin doesn’t stay up AT ALL.. So I removed the string .I am a female and I purchased an XL ... need to accommodate
“ Lots of hair” I looooove “ HATS” so needed to add to my collection..

Bolero Hat

Good fit regarding the size chart. Very stiff, I expect it is made of a harden plastic covered with sprayed felt, but if it's wool it's very different than other wool or felt hats.
The string should be a heavy gauge cord, to keep the slider in place when under the chin.
Nice color and shape.

It only took about a week to get in, mostly due to the hurricanes. It came very pristine, and still holds up perfectly as it has already been through a beating. Keeps the sun and elements out of my eyes, and fits nearly perfect. The hat ain't designed as crushable, but it still holds up well. Definitely recommended

Great look, two drawbacks

A classic looking bolero. Unfortunately the stiff brim extends to a stiff crown, so it doesn't really fit my head, even though it fits "on" my head. But the bigger drawback is that the sliding bead slides up easily and then right back down again, making it decorative but non-functional. Great packaging and reasonable shipping turnaround.

The overall quality of bolero hat is superb & has all eyes gauking at it with the ladies gasping for breath when looked at. Shipping was speedy & just needed to be sealed better with quality tape around box when shipping an expensive product. Hopefully my next hat I purchase from you will be more securely sealed with quality shipping tape. The box that was used to ship my bolero hat I keep it stored in it when not being worn.

This is an awesome hat that fits well with a long black trench coat. It gives the Jack Nicholson look from Batman. It's nice and big if you want to make an entrance. Great for classic looks just remove the hat string.
