Introducing the Jaxon Brisa Grade 4 Panama Straw Fedora Hat. This piece is great for a day in the sun and a night out on the town. It's light weight and extremely comfortable. Be careful not to hold this hat by the pinch in the crown or you won't be able to enjoy it for years to come. Handle this hat with care.

Please Note: Hats, particularly straw hats, should never be handled by the crown. Hats should always be handled by the brim only. Constant pinching or handling of its crown creates stains and, in the case of straw hats, will result in cracking after some time. See our HAT CARE page for more information and other care tips.

Second time charm

The first model was too white for me and definitely too small. A slight switch in models and my wife and I are all smiles! Now waiting for appropriate weather to wear it in.

Exceeded Expectations

I've spent considerably more on a Panama hat. One that I, in fact, loved. However, after many years of use, that one was looking shabby and I my hat budget was less for a new purchase. I was surprised at how good this hat is for such reasonable a price. Very pleased.

Love the Panama Straw Hat

I received my hat with a small stain from what appeared to be ink from a stamp they put inside the hat. The Village Hat shop gave me options of a refund and or another hat. I really liked the hat so I opted to try and re-order the same hat. Love the hat and the service they provided. very friendly and they aim to please.

Straw Fedora Hat, Diappointed

Received what I thought would be a moderate to high end quality Fedora summer straw hat. Expecting that grade 4 would be sturdier then the low cost hat I bought last year. Unfortunately it was flimsier then last year's hat at half the price. The band inside was flimsy as well and would not accomidate the sizing band I bought. Ended up using felt , adhesive chair leg pads to get it to fit.

I ordered the hat at a discount on sale and, after wearing it, I am glad I did. Would definitely pay full price for it as it is very well made. Time will tell how long it lasts, but I have no doubts that it will last for years to come. Excellent investment!

This hat is a thing of beauty. Needed a sizer but no big deal. I have never worn a $5K hat which is what you can spend on a real "Panama" hat. But I feel like I'm wearing one when I have this hat on. Great hat!!

The hat arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect shape. It was better looking in person than it was on the site. I was between sizes and I knew I didn't want a hat that was too small so I ordered up a size. When it arrived indeed it was a little big, so I ordered one of the hat sizers and I put it on the hat it was a perfect fit. I have had many compliments and plan on buying a winter hat when it gets cold.

The shipping was prompt and the hat appeared to be well-made and very light. I just didn't care for the way the crown fit my head and that the front of the brim didn't turn down as I wanted. Returning for a C-crown Biltmore Westend Fedora Hat. I wear a 7 1/8 and the M was a little too big. Not that it would fall off, but with a little wind, it might blow away.
