This is a fantastic hat for warmth and fashion. The look is vintage and classic. The feel is soft and comfortable. It runs true to size. I measured my head and ordered exactly that size. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered a Fiddler's cap. Took about 2 weeks from the date of order to receiving it, BUT this was during the Christmas season in the year of CoVid, so I'm not holding this against Village Hat Shop. Given the circumstances the turnaround time was good. Can't beat the price of the cap. I looked all over the internet and this was the best price. The packaging was sufficient and the cap was in excellent condition when delivered. I'll do business here again.

My head size falls between L and XL. I ordered L and it is just a little tight. Some light stretching took care if it.

I was a little worried about the sizing of the hat but it is true to size and it looks fantastic. Just need the weather to turn a bit more as the hat also seems very to keep me very warm.

Nice and light weight, well made, but it's much larger then expected, I'm an XL and it fits like a 2 XL I needed to put fillers in place for it to fit right

My husband lost a much beloved wool Greek Fisherman's cap to the ocean waves quite a few years ago. He has always wanted another one. My husband wears a Greek FMC as his hat of choice. They are not my favorite, I really don't like the braid. However the hats are on his head, not mine. I was delighted to find the Jaxon, in a great dark herringbone wool, NO BRAID, in the Greek Fisherman's Cap style that my husband enjoys. He immediately put the cap on upon opening his gift and the hat has not left his head, well except to go to bed. We are both very happy. This is how to make a marriage work 30 years.

I was well taken care of from start to finish in ordering my cap. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the hat. My only issue is with the sizing, I have other hats of the same size that fit well, even though I used the sizing chart this one is just a bit large. Not a big problem, but if I'd known this I would have ordered a size smaller. I would probably order again next time I'm in the market for a hat.

I was looking for a warmer hat that also could be a three season hat and could travel worldwide with me for all types of climates and seasons. I found this one on the web and loved the simplicity of style and color right away. The hat runs about ¼ size larger than most hats and so I did need an XL when I normally wear a L, but this hat sits well, is nicely made and looks great. It is comfortable to wear and sits nicely (and lightly) on the head. I love the looks and nice comfort! The service was incredible!

Really like the equality of a wool hat for $24.. Shipping was amazing, Standard shipping only took 2 days from Wes Coast to PA
