The Fabulous Hats of Bridgerton

The hit Netflix Regency era show is back for season 4 (premiering January 29, 2026) and with it the breathtaking fashion ─ and hats! ─ that have undoubtedly contributed to its incredible success. Bridgerton’s fresh take on the Regency period (late 18th to early 19th centuries) has reinvigorated an era long dominated in film and television by (historically accurate, but somewhat tired) bonnets and top hats.
Led by head milliner Sophie Lambe of Reel Millinery ─ in conjunction with costume designer Sophie Canale ─ the gorgeous hats of Bridgerton flawlessly blend modernity with historical relevance. Even further, hats were intentionally designed for each character while also keeping each household’s color palette in mind. The result? Stunning, buzz-worthy looks we can't get enough of!
