Gift Certificates Are Challenging

I like the selection and the quality; however, your gift certificate process definitely needs work to allow redeeming at the stores. The first time I tried, I was successful but it took the sales associate a lot of time and effort. Next time was not successful at all so we all wasted a trip. Many still like to go to the store to try on hats rather than risk online purchases. The time of purchase, certificates were allowed to be redeemed at the stores so I don't know if that has changed. Still a pain.

Western Gambler

I'm pleased with my purchase. A little pricey. But that's ok. They had just what I was looking for. Come check them out.

Christmas Gift

My son has never be a hat guy, so I gifted him with a card for Christmas. Now that he has got a taste of “hat life” he appears to be getting hooked! With the wide range of selections from VHS, how could he not?
