I like the selection and the quality; however, your gift certificate process definitely needs work to allow redeeming at the stores. The first time I tried, I was successful but it took the sales associate a lot of time and effort. Next time was not successful at all so we all wasted a trip. Many still like to go to the store to try on hats rather than risk online purchases. The time of purchase, certificates were allowed to be redeemed at the stores so I don't know if that has changed. Still a pain.

I'm pleased with my purchase. A little pricey. But that's ok. They had just what I was looking for. Come check them out.

I love your stores and products, but your e-gift card process leaves much to be desired. What should be an easy process to redeem is a major pain.
