How are the monthly FCC styles selected?
FCC styles are carefully curated by the Village Hat Shop team and are generally selected from our premier house brands including Baskerville Hat Company, Jaxon & James, and Jaxon Hats. We take into account the current season, fabric, style, and previous selections so that we may provide our FCC members with a varied and well-rounded collection of flat caps that will serve them well for years to come.
How much does the FCC subscription cost each month?
Joining the Flat Cap Club is only $21.95/month for US members and $28.95/month for Canada members (including a $7 shipping surcharge).
That's a savings of 20% or more off retail for each monthly signature flat cap plus FREE shipping (excluding Canada orders)!
What is the benefit of being a FCC member?
You are receiving a signature flat cap at the discounted price of $21.95 - a savings of 20% or more off retail - with FREE* shipping each month. Flat Cap Club members also also receive a personalized code for FREE* Priority|Ground shipping on any VillageHatShop.com order. Additionally, FCC members receive EXCLUSIVE access to members-only deals and EARLY ACCESS to catalog-wide site sales.

I subscribed earlier, when will I receive confirmation?
When you first subscribe, you will receive a PayPal verification email confirming your subscription and agreement to a monthly payment schedule. Upon shipment of your first FCC package, you will receive a tracking email verifying your FCC order has been shipped.
Please note FCC shipments are processed within the first 8 days of each month.
Subscriptions received before the 5th of the month qualify for shipment that same month. Subscriptions received after the 5th of the month will be shipped the following month.
When will my FCC cap ship?
Flat Cap Club packages will always ship within the first 8 days of the month.

How long does the package take to ship to me?
Flat Cap Club packages may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive after they have been shipped. A tracking email will be sent to you for every monthly shipment.
Is the free Priority|Ground shipping code a one-time use coupon?
No. You are more than welcome to use your personalized free USA Priority|Ground shipping coupon code on as many orders as you want as long as you are a member of the Flat Cap of the Month Club.
Canada members receive a 15% off coupon code instead due to free shipping not being available to Canada.
When will I receive my FCC free USA Priority|Ground shipping coupon code?
The code is mailed out with your first Flat Cap Club subscription package.
Do I have to call in every month to continue participating?
No. This is a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription cost ($21.95 for US-based members, $28.95 for Canada-based members) will be deducted automatically from your account every month unless the subscription is cancelled.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! If at any time you decide you no longer want to be a FCC member, simply call us at 1-888-847-4287 or email us at info@villagehatshop.com to process your cancellation.
What is the return & exchange policy?
Any Flat Cap Club subscription hat may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Returns
You may return your FCC cap for a refund within 20 days of delivery. The cap must be in new and unworn condition with original tags. Subscribers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility.
Exchanges
You may return your FCC cap for exchange within 20 days of delivery. The cap must be in new and unworn condition with original tags. Subscribers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility.
As a courtesy, we will cover the cost of shipping the newly exchanged cap to you at no additional cost.
What if my cap doesn't fit?
If you are having sizing issues with your FCC, we are more than happy to help! Whether you are in between sizes and need a hat sizer or you need a different size altogether, we are here for you! FCC members get a free hat sizer with their first FCC delivery and may request more at any time. And of course, any FCC cap may be sent in for a size exchange if needed.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Monthly FCC Deliveries
As a part of your subscription, you will receive free USA Ground Shipping on each monthly shipment (US-based subscriptions only). Canada-based subscriptions include a $7 shipping surcharge in their price ($28.95/month total) and ship via Canada USPS -International shipping service at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges / Returns
Subscribers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us for all exchanges and returns. As a courtesy, we cover the cost of shipping your newly exchanged cap to you at no additional cost.
Why can't I find any record of this on my Village Hat Shop account?
The FCC subscription process is handled exclusively through PayPal.
If you signed up for or used an existing PayPal account, the subscription will show up on your account under "Subscriptions". If you did not use a PayPal account, you will have to call us regarding any inquires, including cancellation.

Unfortunately, we are not able to extend our Flat Cap Club subscription service to countries other the USA or Canada at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
