Waiting for my exchange

I got a small but I needed a medium so I sent it back and that cost $15. I still have not received my hat that I love just needed a bigger size. There is no exchange instructions so I had to call. You are to just write exchange on a piece of paper and what size. They said it is super easy but I still don’t have my exchange.
