great hat! Stetson says it all. Hat band detached, easy fix.Pin missing, customer service at its best. Pin in my hands 2 days later. My point, things happen but the people at villagehatshop will make it right! It's the people you employ that make you stink or make you the best!

Above and beyond

The hat is great, beautifully made and excellent quality. But what impressed me most about this order is the helpfulness and efficiency of Village Hat Shop. I live in the UK and sourcing this particular Stetson was impossible. But VHS came to the rescue and helped me sort freight/customs no problem at all.
