Thank you for shopping at Village Hat Shop. We have received your RETURN/EXCHANGE request. Carefully repack your order in the original shipping carton, with written instructions for our returns department, indicating if you’re returning for a refund or an exchange, and ship back via USPS Insured Parcel, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Please ensure that hat is in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to our facility. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges regarding an exchange or return.

If you require an exchange, you have two options:
1. STANDARD – Ship the items back with instructions indicating the items you would like to exchange them for. Once received at our warehouse we will follow your instructions and ship your exchange items back to you free of charge (Standard Ground).
2. QUICK – If you require a faster turnaround, send the original items back for a REFUND and place a new order online for the items you would like.
*Please note that the hat must be returned in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with tags still attached within 30 days of the day the order is delivered to you.
*Returns/Exchanges may take 2-1/2 to 3 weeks to process from the date you ship the hat back to us. Please check the tracking you were provided with when you shipped the hat back to us. Our returns department will contact you directly if there are any issues.
