Shipping was on time, customer service was excellent and price was very fair
The brim is so wide that it looks like it came with a costume. The wire in the brim doesn't allow for the molding suggested in the picture. The Buffalo nickel decoration on the band looks cheap. This hat falls very short of what's expected from the usual quality of Stetson. The only upside of this experience was Village Hat Shop understanding the issues and refunding my money.
