The hat looks good and it fits just fine. My only disappointment is in the poor packaging. A flimsy, thin cardboard box arrived in terrible condition. The box was crushed and the tape was torn, exposing the hat which was only protected by a thin plastic bag. I have pics.

While the fedora looks great, your customer service was terrible. My size borders between M&L. Based upon your chart I choose the large which ended up being to big. Your agent was not helpful in requiring me to find a way to ship the hat back on my dime. Or make an additional purchase of your jurry-rigged banding system. Nuts to that. He hung up on me.
