If you wear this outdoors in the south, or play gigs under hot lights as I do, you MUST carefully snip out that vinyl sheet covering the inside of the liner. If not, your head will bake. Cut it out and all is well. It looks good but it makes a vapor barrier that will cook your skull. I have had a Jaxon bowler for 14 years and just got the Jaxon Pork Pie (was missing the feather) and did the same surgery. I hope Jaxon will eliminate this plastic nonsense. As proof of my love for Jaxon's bowler (and I hope for this Pork Pie!) I will include some stuff from my bluegrass bass instruction course.
