Snap button broke within 12 hours of purchase. Emailed for advice on fix and got no response.
Wow this hat is what I was looking for. It came packed very well. It also does not let the sun rays pass through the top of the hat. I am prone to skin cancer and that was an important feature. I ordered an extra large because most hats are tight on my head, but this hat is very big on my head. I hope as I ware it, it will shrink. I love this hat and don't want to exchange it.
