I tried a different hat and found it too stiff. With the help of Village Hat I was able to return it and order this model. This hat is exactly what I was looking for as it is soft, comfortable and the right brim size. I do a lot photography and need the coverage and protection this hat provides. Plus if it gets crushed not a big deal as it forms right back. Good product, good service.
