I ordered this hat as a replacement hat because the hat I ordered originally was too large. I ordered the same hat but one size smaller and I received a totally different style hat. I wanted the first hat I ordered but smaller!

A great hat. Comfortable and stylish and made to be worn. The only criticism I have is that the glue holding the Stetson logo inside the hat doesn’t hold up in 90+ sunny days. As a bald guy, it breathes great.

No complaints with the hat or the service. Unfortunately trying to return a hat on your own is cost prohibitive. I wish they offered a return tag at their discounted rate. I don’t mind paying for the return. Shipping back is as expensive as the hat. I use the size guide when purchasing, but this particular hat is substantially larger than the other Stetson hat that I have. I now have a collection of hats that don’t fit, but it’s cost prohibitive to send them back.
