I need to return the recently purchased hat. It is way too stiff for me, it will not bend at all.
I previously ask for help and have not received any instructions as to how to return the hat. Joel Langston
Nice hat just a bit tight I will order large next time
Its very rigid and covered my head well in Austin Tx from the unrelenting sun (100°F). It only breathes throught the vent holes as its basically coated with a water resist. I like Tillys but this is much more stylish.
