A very nice hat but you might want to to order a size down. I'm a very reliable 7 ³/â¸ but this size L hat is just too big. The fit is too big and the hat itself is too big. Thinking of sending it back and trying an M.

Hat looks lopsided...

The hat is nice overall but I was disappointed when I received it to see that it is a bit uneven/lopsided in its construction.
One side of the brim curves upwards as pictured but the other side lays flat like a fedora. And the hat stack itself (where my head goes) has a similar problem in that it is uneven and looks lopsided when wearing. So the hat does not look as good as pictured.
I don't know if this was a result of shipping or manufacturing (the latter I believe), but its a bit disappointing.

My head measures exactly 24 inches, so I am always on the border of XL and XXL. Was told these hats run a tad large so I ordered the XL. It was to small for my head but a friend of mine loved the hat and it fit him perfect, so he bought it from me. Looks like I will now have to order the XXL and see how it fits. Nice hat, great quality and look for the price.

The Pork Pie that I purchased has a classy yet funky style. Its shape is perfect, the hat band and small feather add a bit of class, the material is luxurious, and the interior lining substantial. This hat costs only $40 and is worth twice that.

yep, this is the one. There is another out there for 3-4x the price; is it better? I'll never know, This one fits the bill. Using it in a Walter White costume for Mardi Gras and it is perfect. I bought this hat as a gift for my brother in Boston, a fellow Breaking Bad addict. I searched many sites looking for a quality hat at an affordable price. I stumbled upon this site and really liked both the hat and the reviews. I ordered early to allow for shipping time and return if it was a dud. The hat arrived at my mom's within 2 days (she was playing Santa for my family on the east coast)! She opened it and called to tell me how nice it was. When my brother opened it he was thrilled and wore it all day long. I haven't seen it yet for myself, as I live in the PNW, but I'm very happy with my family's reaction. Fantastic quality for the price. I am a big fan of the pork pie hat. It is less common than the fedoras that all the youngers seem to be wearing these days. I purchased it to complete my Breaking Bad ""Heisenberg"" costume...but I wear it all the time now. I really wish Jaxon still made (or the Village Hat Shop still carried) this same hat in brown. They used to offer it. Now they only have brown in the ""crushable"" and it just isn't as nice a hat as this non-crushable. It would be a great Popeye Doyle hat.

What a great price on a Pork Pie wool/felt hat. I have a rather large melon and ordered the XL hoping it would be large enough. Seems this hat runs a bit small and was a little tight. I took it to my local hat store who was able to stretch it just enough to fit me perfectly. Love the ""Breaking Bad, Walter White look"". Also came with a side feather not shown in the original photo.

I have worn a top quality vintage fedora for years. And I felt the need for a pork pie. Great hat for the price, I have a cheaper unlined hat that I purchased from a costume shop for almost half the price. This is good thick quality wool. NOTE: Make sure you know your size as if you're on the small side of a large you will need to go up a size. The quality is good, and the looks are awesome.. Very much a modsters cap, much cooler than walking around in a ball cap and harkens back to the classic days of the 50's and 60s! This is my 3rd jaxon hat and they never disappoint...
