Halloween Hat/wig

The hat was great but the shipping was misleading...estimated ship date was the 27th, I ordered on the 15th.. I didn't get it until the 30th which was after the date i needed it for. I didn't get to wear it. I would have opted to use different shipping. Fed ex delivered it to the post office and then the post office delivered it to me..That information should be known upfront...not after. ***We apologize for the misunderstanding.
