Tracked hat every day more than a week. Didn't arrive as scheduled, Fri, Sat, Mon, Wed, Fri. Finally arrived Sat. by USPS, box BADLY DAMAGED, OBVIOUSLY INTENTIONALLY TO TRY TO STEAL THE CONTENTS. Went back and forth between Lakewood OH and Cleveland OH, multiple times to try to conceal where it happened. You should mail in a PLAIN UNLOGO'ED BOX so it isn't obvious what's inside it. The hat is beautiful and I was pleased that there is a size adjustment tab inside the hat band.
