I love everything about this hat, but, when it arrived, the plastic covering the feather had pulled away from the hat taking the feather out with it. There has to be a way, a better way, to keep this from happening to others.

B. I have two of those, a nice blue one too. Not too hot, not too cold. But How would you clean those ? All icons on the label seem to be crossed.
