The Tilley LTM6 AIRFLO® Hat is made from a lightweight 100% recycled nylon with a UPF50+ rating. The bluesign® approved fabric provides excellent UV protection while the mesh surrounding the top of the crown allows for incredible breathability. Tilley recommends you size up to ensure the hat is worn low and slightly loose, but it's entirely up to you and your comfort level.
