I was going to return the product but, shipping is very expensive.

Great hat, expect it to break within a year

I love this hat, however, 6 months after purchase the straw had started to break away from the metal stiffening ring in the brim. Stetson told me this is expected and that the hat is only reliable for about one season. Very troubling news from a good hat company.
