Usually Village Hat rocks!! I get all my cool hats that I love from them..BUT this time the ball was dropped. The rain hat with buckle was very cute but when ready to wear noticed the lining was covered in weird white stains..yuck!! Look like it was used..maybe a return. The woman who answered the phone at Village Hat seemed aggravated that I was calling about this! Not sure what happened here...but kinda gross. ***We apologize for this experience. We are, of course, responsible for the condition of our merchandise and will either send a replacement or issue you a refund.
