The shop sells quality product, and this item is is one of multiple purchases I've made over the last couple of years. The gift recipient is thrilled, as they have been with previous purchases that have been gifted to them.

Because the vendor hosted a generous holiday sale (and because the gift recipient loves the hats purchased for them,) I took it upon myself to purchase multiple items. Unfortunately, not all items fit well or were not flattering when tried on.

In initiating a return request, I learned I had to pay to return the unwanted product.

I am one of the many Americans who find themselves unemployed. I requested a one-time exemption to ask the vendor to pay for return shipping costs. I was denied.

I have supported this business multiple times. I am disappointed and reminded of this item.
