Wrong Frenchie hat!

Village hat mailed the incorrect hat. I purchased the gray or Merle Frenchie hat and they sent the brown one. On their website it says that they’re available. After receiving it, I called them and they told me that they don’t have them in stock! Do better village hat.

I took a look into your order and it looks like you ordered the Goorin Bro Frenchie Ball Cap in Black with the Brown Frenchie and that is the only color we have in stock in our system. Is this issue with a different order because I didn't see anything else in the system? I apologize for any confusion.
