Hat has a good shape, looks great, fits well, nice color, and already had it on during the rain which really helps. Highly recommend this hat.

Ordering is easy and they process your order quickly. UPS was shipper and good service until the postal service made the final delivery. Postal service was one week past delivery projection date. The hat made several moves in Louisville and Southern Indiana. Hat did arrive in good condition.

UPS does a good job, however the final shipping is given to USPS. The mail service continues to have major problems. The delivery was delayed one week from the original delivery date. UPS tracking gave a different day every day for a week. The tracking showed my hat traveling around Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This is a postal problem, not Village or UPS.

So, bottom line is that this is a good company to buy from and they provide good products in a timely manner.

Perhaps President Trump will have his efficiency team investigate the postal service.

My Gallatin was in sage and I really loved the unique color. I have gotten several hats like this but my wife likes the shape and color of this one best. It is now my "go to" hat.
