Plastic band?

I like the look of the hat, and I liked the price. I don’t like that it’s a stiff plastic head band. It’s cloth covered but it’s still stiff and unnatural feeling. It does look good on me, so I plan to keep it.

Hat Return

I received my hat in a timely manner and fount out upon trying it on it was to big. I returned it at my expense (neo free returns). I sent a message on their message board on the site. Have not received any return communications. Do not know if I will receive a replacement as requested or refund. No communications. Love their hats want to buy more but probably will not.
